At 1st Call Services we are highly experienced in all aspects of domestic gas central heating.

Boiler Replacement

We replace over 140 boilers per year. As a result we are experts in listening to our customers and then recommending the most suitable type and power of boiler for their budget, home, and circumstances.

Boiler/System Repairs

We are experienced in repairing most makes of boiler. We are also experienced in diagnosing and fixing other problems in a heating system.

Boiler Servicing

We service hundreds of boilers every year and send our existing customers a service reminder two weeks before their annual service is due.

Controls

We fit a whole range of thermostats and controls, but always fit a brand that has proven to be reliable for our customers.

Radiators

When replacing a boiler it is common for a customer to have one or more radiators changed or added to the system. The radiators that we fit are the most efficient on the market. We recommend that customers should have a thermostatic valve on their radiators and we are happy to incorporate their addition into any quote.

Cylinders

We regularly either replace a hot water cylinder or incorporate one into a new installation. Unvented cylinders that provide mains pressure hot water are now very popular.

Power flushing

Over time some heating systems may experience poor circulation resulting in possibly radiators with cold patches, poor hot water, or/and noise. We use the latest power flushing technology to remove it and restore a system to working more efficiently.

Plumbing Jobs

We have a customer base of well over 1000 in the local area. If a customer has a small plumbing matter that requires attention then we will either undertake it ourselves or will put them in touch with someone locally that we know and trust.

Bathroom Fitting

At 1st Call Services we are masters of only one trade and that is domestic gas central heating. Due to our large customer base we regularly get asked if we also do bathroom fitting. I am happy to say that although we don’t, I do know a local company whose work is of a very high standard and they have done some wonderful bathrooms for our customers.
